Chas Mastin and Brian Sampson of Whistlebox speak about the joys and pitfalls of using Flex Data Services and Flash Media Server when creating real-world RIAs. Chas presents the highlights of FMS and Flex and will provide examples of code for streaming and webcam recording. Brian gives an FDS overview and will show some simple examples of integrating an AS3 application with middle-tier code.
